HAUO - While the government of Uganda continues to make varied interventions, the need to assist orphans and vulnerable children remain overwhelming. With the extended family networks collapsing, many children and teenagers are left with no ‘family’ to look to. Thus many children fall prey to abuse by those they come into contact with, in their attempt to solicit help.
